Y.E.S.S. Mentoring Blog Now Live!

Y.E.S.S. (Youth Empowerment Support Services) is a non-profit organization that focuses on teaching students social and emotional skills through the support of peer mentoring. By understanding the choices available to them and through the support of a peer from a similar “cultural zipcode” – YESS students become empowered to make smarter decisions that lead to positive outcomes. In addition to social and emotional skills, the class also supports students in academic skill development through weekly tutoring/homework sessions, college admissions and scholarships through our College Navigator program, and family involvement through our YESS Family Advocate.
